My withdrawal has been pending for almost three months now. I have opened over 5 tickets regarding my withdrawal. After my withdrawal request I had to verify my identity and proof of residence. I have provided them with all the details they requested from me, but after 5 tickets they keep reassuring me that I will receive a message from the financial department within a day, which I sometimes don’t. One time they responded but forcefully closed my ticket after they asked my Litecoin address, which I provided and they never paid out my withdrawal.
I am really looking forward for a resolution in this.

The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint. We would like to remind that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
