Not processing a withdrawal and providing bogus excuses
I made a withdrawal of 100€ on 26.4.2021 and it has not been processed yet.
My Deposit(s) was made with a credit card (Visa Electron) and their first excuse was that they are unable to pay the withdrawal back to my card.
Very interesting since that would make them the first online casino that is not able to do that. After some email exchange I provided them my bank details.
Their second excuse was that due to extensive workload withdrawal processing times may be delayed. This is also very interesting since they had the time to check my documents and verify my account on the same day that I made the withdrawal.
Seems like they have no intent on paying their customers as can be seen on the amount of complaints piling up against them.
