Not allowed to play even though they not state any restrictions on Play n go games
Everything stated is completely factual, backed up by the evidence supplied.
Beem casino state Play n Go block their games to be played in my country. This is untrue as the games work on all other casinos I play at and all other casinos that hold the same license as Beem. Beem also do not state any restrictions on Play n go games in their terms (see screengrabs).
I need AskGamblers to mediate to find out what the issue with Beem is. If they are unfairly not allowing me to play the games I want I request my €175 deposit to be returned and account closed.

During the Complaint process, the player has violated AGCCS Terms and Guidelines which were accepted upon registering and using our complaints system and didn't provide the necessary level of assistance and cooperation. Furthermore, the player has been using offensive language and disrispectfull behaviour towards the AskGamblers Complaint Team which could be classified as verbal aggression and is considered a severe violation of the AGCCS Terms and Guidelines.
Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint and to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.
In case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

We regret to inform you that, even after long communication, both parties did not reach a mutual agreement of settling the dispute. With this in mind, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other option but to close this complaint as unresolved.
While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
As soon as the AskGamblers Complaint Team is notified about the regulator's final decision on the case, we will comply and mark this complaint accordingly.
I would suggest you kindly refrain from redacting my responses (That is a supression of free speech and is illegal) and instead act in line with your own guidelines and act professionally as a mediator. My CAPITAL LETTERS were used to emphasise the facts.
You are fully aware I have not, nor will I provide any KYC to Beem casino for the following reasons (That previously you appeared to accept):
1 - Beem have lied numerous times during the course of this complaint (regarding the reason Play n gos are not available and the fact they stated THEY WOULD refund my deposit immeditaetly which they still have not). As a result I do not feel safe giving an organisation that seems dishonest and possibly criminal.
2 - Beem stated over two weeks ago my deposit would be refunded, they then claimed I needed to supply KYC (Ignoring the fact they said they would refund), then lying again saying it was not processed via skrill due to an issue with their payment provider.
3 - Beem attempted to sight AML regs as to why they would not refund my deposit without KYC. Again this is a lie (see my responses above), their Ts and Cs again did not apply to my refund as no bets had been placed and I was requesting they refund to the same payment method.
I would hope askgamblers would review the way they have handled this complaint and ensure Beem process my refund ( As they stated they would do almost 3 weeks ago!).
I would like to remind Askgamblers to respond in a professional and timely manner as per their guidelines.
