Hello, first of all i would like to say this is my first ever complain, and my worst experience at an online casino so far in my entire life, especially for an ammount so small like this.Im fully verified ID,address,payment info etc.

I deposited 75Euro at 13-05-21 with a wager welcome bonus wich i completed at 16-05-21.At that time i had 661 euro wich i asked to withdraw via bank transfer(wich the site says 3-5 working days hold on to this).

After around 1 and a half hour i got my withdraw discarded and tried via card.Around 1hour later i got my withdraw discarded again for no reason and i chatted with support and they told me there is 500Euro max withdraw each day and told me what to do step by step so i don't get discarded again and everything proceeds nice so we have no more problems.(hold on to this aswell).

The next day i wake up and my withdraw is discarded again, i chat with the support again and they tell me the maximum withdraw is 100Euro,im trying to explain to them that some hours ago his coworker told me what to do exactly to withdraw and my withdraw is fine and that 500Euro is max per day but we didn't get nowhere after a long chat.So i went on to make my first withdraw of 100Euro and waited patiently for each day to log in and withdraw 100 more since it would only take 3-5 working days max as being told on their site to get the money via bank since they couldn't pay me by card cause they are having problems(wich is not my fault).

So at 17/18-05-21 i asked the support if my withdraws are okay because they are pending since and no email,no feedback, no money sent ,nothing.They told me like yeah everything is paid, we sent the money its all waiting on your bank now, so i was like okay then thanks a lot(HAHA).

At 22/23-05-21 i tried to contact them again via chat support to tell them to make the withdraw via skrill because they obviously arent going to pay me for a long time not even my first withdraw of 100E wich today that im writing this it's 11 days passed allready so far but they say they can't and i have to wait because the money are sent and every premade auto message they send me all the other times i talked to the support before,i ask to talk to a manager about this and they gave me the support mail wich the chat support reply to me via email and i was like are they trying to fool me(but i sen't a mail anyway trying to find a manager and find a solution before i come here and make a complain so we end it nicely) ?

27-05-21 as im writing this,i've received 0 euro in my bank,they deny to pay me instant via skrill and end this since they can't pay A SINGLE withdraw of 100euro AFTER 11 DAYS(can't imagine how long it will take for 4 payments), they do not reply to my emails,the support chat reply to me everytime with the same auto messages, the payments are stuck to PENDING forever and im on a dead end here and i need help.

I add a proof of my history transactions,plus i got more with the chat support saying they have approved it and sent the money and i have to wait only for my bank and everything is completed and bla bla but i don't know if i should post it here or send it to you personally?Most of the withdraw information on their site is false, withdraw times,maximum withdraws,ways to withdraw, i don't know what is going on...

After more than a month and a million problems i saw the 400E payment at skrill 1 minute ago.

Yes that's what im asking since the first day,i spoke to your support uploaded screen of skrill account etc and they said to wait for the financial department pfff, i hope we can end this soon...

Dear STRATOSK,
we've found out that all our payments made to your bank card and bank account were rejected by your bank. In this case we cannot influence your bank to accept our payments unfortunately. Would it be possible for you to receive your withdrawals to Skrill, Neteller or a crypto wallet?
