My withdrawal is pending 14 days already

Hi 

 I‘m waiting since the 01.05.2021 for my credit card withdrawal from Beem Casino.

As I contacted the support several times the answer was just that I should be patient to the last message I‘ve got, saying a manager would contact me (didn’t happen). As I was introduced to Beem Casino via a Streamer recommendation (ClassyBeef), I‘ve contacted them as well about this issue.

The amount is 4000$, my account is verified since 01.05.2021 including id, address confirmation and credit card information.
