It is absolutely one of the worst online casinos I have ever dealt with. They do not give you your withdrawals. I have been waiting over a week and keep getting delayed. I have read other reviews (which I wish I did beforehand) and they have had the same issue. They only withdrawal $2000 at a time of your winnings ( which is in terms and conditions so is fair), but also in their terms and conditions is that they will process withdrawals within 48 hours. I have not even been verified yet nor have they given me a dollar of my winnings! Every time I contact "support" they are not helpful at all! They just give you these delay tactics that they are "working on it" and you will get the money "soon". What is the point of playing and finally winning something if you don't even end up getting to enjoy your winnings?

I feel like they might just be a big scam and are not actually going to give any money. I also feel like if they do they might transfer a little bit of the amount and then delay you another couple of weeks just to transfer a little bit more and so on. The absolute most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. Never had such an experience before with any other app. Not sure what to do as I feel like I will never receive any winnings and that I wasted all that money on beem for no reason (nearly 2k).

Hi,

Thank you for reopening my complaint. Just as an update it has been 8 months and i am still owed $10,000 by beem casino. They refuse to give me a proper response to my emails, complaints or any sort of communication. When they decide to finally reply they only say they are sorry and will get right on fixing the issue. We are now in December going into 2023 and they have not paid out my winnings from April 2022. I believe they are just stalling or must be some sort of scammers. From my personal experience they are not a proper casino and will give too many lies and delay tactics. I would have loved to just continue playing with beem as i did enjoy the online games but they do not even let you enjoy the winnings so whats the point. They also deleted my verification during some sprt of "glitch" and are yet to reverify me

Waiting for my withdrawal since September 2022

My problem is Beem casino withdrawal.

I deposit casino my skrill. I win last year (!) 220 Euro Beem Casino. 09.26.2022 I start withdrawing 220 euros to my Skrill.

I deposit real money no claimed nothing bonus. I wait for my withdrawal, but nothing. In October 2022 I contact casino support. Casino email, support chat information everything ok my withdrawal start casino. " please you wait for a little beat" information. Withdrawal coming.

I send many emails to casino support, I want to speak to chat. No, respond to me in 3-4 mounts. I have all chat, and email history: Screenshots of my casino cashier, screenshots of my cashier history, chat history, all information history casino support & chat history.

Delayed payment since July 2022

My withdrawal is taking longer than 7months. The have stopped replying to my communications. I will attach my email to them with no reply form December last year and the web page transaction history to show date of withdrawal 07.07.2022.! There has never been any communication to me about verification or any acknowledgement of my withdrawal!

Delayed withdrawal of 2.772 Euros

I have made a withdrawal on 12 November 2022. I contacted Beemcasino's customer service, they answered on 11/14/2022

"Currently, we have all the needed documents.All withdrawal requests process on a first-come, first-served basis.

We try to do this as quickly as possible."

Beemcasino announced that they have all necessary documents and they haven't asked for any other documents since then. If they have all my documents, then why have they still not paid my withdrawal?

This raises great doubts, especially since I have read similar experiences from many other people who have not received their withdrawals. I have since sent a message to Beemcasino twice by email, but they have not responded to either message. I like this casino by the way, it would be a real shame if they don't act honestly.

I have been waiting for my withdrawal for a week already

I have problems on getting my withdrawal from BEEM casino. My account has been fully verified for a while, I’ve done many deposits and many smaller withdrawals from there, without any problems.

However, now I have been waiting for a week now, and I’ve been asking that how long does it take etc. All what they are saying is that it may take a while and they can’t give me any deadline on it. It is really frustrating when you use own money to deposit, and if you win, then you have problems withdrawing them.

Please help with this one. Usually the withdrawal time has been 24 hour. And now when it is little bit bigger amount of money (still under 1k€) then they are trying to keep that money in there and waiting me to cancel the withdrawal etc. I hope that this get solved out asap.

Have been trying to claim my funds of 882 Euros since August 8th

Dear Asgamblers! Please accept my complaint against Beemcasino. I have been trying to claim my funds of 882 Euros since August 08, but the casino is stubbornly refusing to fulfill their obligation to pay out my funds.

I'll go to the details.
On July 28, 2022, I uploaded a bank statement, a photo of my card ID, and a screenshot of my Skrill payment wallet profile to my account.

On August 08, 2022, the casino reported that my documents were successfully verified.

On the same day (08/08/2022) I placed my funds in the amount of 882 Euros for withdrawal.

September 4, 2022 at the request of the casino, I filled in the required data.

In the general access on the casino website, it is indicated that the withdrawal of funds to the Skrill payment wallet occurs "instantly".
In turn, I expect the transfer of my funds for more than 2.5 months!

Beemcasino, as a casino that has undertaken certain obligations, is obliged to respect my rights and follow its rules indicated on the site.
On October 05, I sent an official claim to the casino, the casino confirmed its receipt, but the funds were not transferred.

Attached is the correspondence with the casino.

Withdrawal request after almost 3 months has not gone through

Hi.

Almost three months after making a withdraw request of 500€ nothing has happened. I first tried to withdraw on 24.06.2022 and after awhile when I noticed nothing is happening I decided to contact the support team to see what is going on. From that day forwards to this day support has not done anything and my withdrawal is still pending on 18.9.2022. Some promises like "forwarding it to the financial department" had been made but to no avail. I have tried to be in contact but I am not sure if this withdrawal will ever go through. That its why I decided to make this complaint.

Withdrawal not processed after 18 days passed

I have a gaming account with Beem Casino and I deposit 100 Euro Via Crypto because they send me a bonus offer via sms, but after deposit, bonus was not received.

So I gamble with raw money and want to withdraw my balance of 160 Euro. I made a withdrawal request on 19 Aug 2022 for crypto withdrawal.

Withdrawal and verification delay

I sent my documents on august 3th and they have still not verified my account. I requested a withdrawal of 460€ on 4th of august and I still haven't received my money.

I have been in touch with support many times this month regarding this issue but they are not helpful at all, they only say they are sorry for the delay and are working on it, every time. I just want my money.

Over a month waiting for 700 USD

I've been waiting over 1 month now for Beem to pay me. It's funny. I used them before and never had an issue withdrawing. Had my money within 3 days I believe.

Anyway... won 700 dollars and went to cash out. All of a sudden my account had to be verified AGAIN. Turns out all my information was gone including my history before the deposit I made prior to my winning. Like my past play disappeared? And now I've been emailing (because they have me unable to use the chat) for a month looking for answers and getting the same runaround every time. "We understand your frustration and assure you you will get your money". Yet here I am... no 700$.

Waiting over 50 days for a withdrawal request

It's been 50 days I've been waiting for a withdrawal in my crypto wallet (the same way I did the deposit) the amount of 870 euro.

My 1st withdrawal request was a couple of days prior an update they did to the site almost two months ago.

After the update my request was deleted and my funds were back in my balance, so I asked the support why and they told me that this was due to the update and to make a new one(so I did).
A week past and I contact with the support to ask what is the state of my request, and they assured me that everything is ok but due to high traffic of the requests they have it will be "SOON" in the given crypto address I provided.

Same justification every week since then and the last time a couple of days ago I contacted again, no answer at all from their support. (even the support icon on the site wasn't there!!)
In total I tried 7 times via e-mail to get a specific answer but every time they telling me that the funds will appear in a couple of days, and this goes on for 60 days now since my 1st request.
