Have been waiting over a month to receive my withdrawals
I have had significant issues withdrawing from this casino. I made $3,107.07 from this casino and processed the following withdrawals below. Initially, the casino would not accept crypto withdrawals or visa/mastercard withdrawals. I provided them with my international bank details as requested in late April. They had a weekly limit of $3,500. However, this changed after they cancelled my first withdrawal request. They claimed the new withdrawal daily limit was $500. I requested a $500 request and this was rejected a few days later. They then claimed that the new daily limit was $100. It is now impossible to receive contact from them by their email support. They have only deposited $100 to my bank on 19/5/2021 after contacting their support on a daily basis after giving them 2 weeks. Clearly this casino does not want to pay out funds to their users. I have also had issues with part of the funds going missing from my balance after they have rejected the withdrawal requests. Each time they have claimed that it is now in processing with my bank and to be patient. Can you please help me with this situation. I can provide images and videos of proof if required.
24th April - $1,000 USD - $500 was cancelled and returned to my account
while the other $500 was claimed to be transferred to my bank but I have received nothing.
26th April - $1,000 USD (Pending)
29th April - $1,107.07 (Pending)
Total Amount Withdrawals = $3,107.07
Received only = $100 of this $3,107.07
24th April - $1,000 USD - $500 was cancelled and returned to my account
while the other $500 was claimed to be transferred to my bank but I have received nothing.
26th April - $1,000 USD (Pending)
29th April - $1,107.07 (Pending)
