€28,000 withdrawal of which €18,000 pending over 1 month

I transferred a few hundred euros at the beginning of the year and was lucky and hit a jackpot. When it came to my payout, the problems started. At first, my withdrawals of 4000 euros each were simply cancelled. When I asked about it, I was told that I could split the payout into a maximum of 2000 euros, so I did that. The first payment was made very quickly, but after that nothing came for a long time. I had to write to live support every day and ask about the remaining payouts. Now the current payout is still 18,000 euros and has been since 01/21/22.

Every time I have asked about my withdrawals I have been told that the finance department is working on it and that it will take some time. Some even told me that my withdrawals are on the way which of course was a lie to put me off. Even disconnects were often faked because they didn't want or couldn't help me. Countless emails to the support and also to the VIP support were unsuccessful, some of them were ignored and I didn't even get an answer.

A few days ago, a payment of 2000 euros was made, which does not even appear in my history on the Beem Casino page. Thus, 18,000 euros from 01/21/22 are still open and still being processed. A few days ago I also requested 5 withdrawals of 2000 euros each to my crypto wallet because I was told that this would be processed faster.

So I am now with an outstanding payout amount of 28000 euros. I can understand if it takes some time to pay out higher amounts, but the first payouts from 01/21/22 have now passed 30 days. And now another 10,000 euros have been added. If you only pay me a small amount every 2 weeks, I have to wait a year for my entire money and that's cheeky.

I just want to know when I'll get my money I'm tired of texting the live support every day who can't help me anyway. As I said, the current withdrawal amount is 28000 euros and I would like someone to contact me and tell me exactly when BeemCasino intends to withdraw my winnings. Since I really like playing here and intend to do so in the future, I would be very happy about a quick solution.

the only issue you should investigate is the issue of paying out my winnings. Almost 3 months have now passed and I have neither received an answer to my questions nor have I been paid the promised €12,000 that I was promised for last month.

I expect a partial payment of my winnings of €12000 by April 15th and the remaining €12000 in the first week of May. You can clearly see the outstanding amounts of my payout history of your website on my pictures, so I kindly ask you to confirm these 2 payouts of 12000€ each.

Again, I confirm receipt of these bank transfers of 6000€.

But like I said, these are old transfers. On the picture you can see the current outstanding payments that have been open for over 2 months and are still being processed.
This is my payout history on your site. You can clearly see that 24,000 euros are still being processed.

The second picture is a reminder of what you told me. According to your own statement, you will pay me 12,000 this month. I wonder now where is the money?
