€,2000 Delayed and Postponed Withdrawal


First and foremost this is a great casino to play with if you’re looking for a good casino with variety.

Unfortunately my experience has been quite bad and frustrated. I deposited 650 euro and played at BeemCasino and was fortunate to win 2000 euros on the 2nd of March 2022. And being a veteran gambler i knew it would take a few days to get my money as these things take time.

However i did not expect to be played around like this. On the same day of my withdrawal I provided still the necessary documents on KYC. I sent in all my documents on the 2nd of March as well. No news or information was given to me regarding my €2000 withdrawal or my documents.

I contacted BeemCasino customer support and was told 1-3 business days for them to be checked. So after about a week i had been told that there was a delay and was forced to be patient. And then after yet another two days suddenly I'm being told that all withdrawals or errands are being delayed x10 the original timeframe.

Yes. Out of the blue after waiting over a week, I get told suddenly that due to sanctions I'm being forced to wait x10 the time which is ridiculous. Not only have I been patient with support but I have also been waiting now for 15 days and yet everytime I talk to support I get no valid information and just being told he same answer by each customer support which I don't even know is a real person now.

Please help me if you can. I've been very patient but its getting ridiculous at this point. It shouldn't take more than two weeks to have your documents checked, even with delay.

My verification and withdrawal has finally been processed. Only wish it didnt take almost 19 days.
But nonetheless thanks for the support. Other than the withdrawal time its a fun casino to play at. This has now been resolved. Thanks to Askgamblers as well.

Now its been over 3 weeks and i keep getting told excuse after excuse. They just wont pay me my withdrawal. Please someone, anyone help me. Please..
