Delaying a withdrawal for more than 10 days
Hi AskGamblers.
I've deposited 150 EUR and got lucky and made over 2k EUR. I've requested a cashout of 1700 EUR on 09-07-21 that got discarded/canceled even though I'm fully verified on that casino. I've provided like 4 times the bank details that they've asked about but they just kept saying to send them the bank details over and over again. That was back and forward lack of communication for like 4 days straight.
Finally, on 13-07-21 I've made a withdrawal request that isn't still canceled but it hasn't been approved/processed for 6 straight days now. Whenever I get in touch with them they keep saying that they're doing their best and I should just be patient. Anyway, I've gone through all their legal pages and that's against their TOS - delaying the payout so much time and I'm starting to get really annoyed by that.
I'm contacting the support every day - they either tell me to be patient or to contact their financial team as they're just "support" whatever that means... I always get the same answer.
