Hi! I made withdraw Wednesday at 15.11 and my account is fully verified. Now it's been almost 30 hours and still withdraw is pending.
You write here that they should approve withdraws in 1 hours but like I told here before now its 36h full. Can you help me to make them approve withdrawal? I'm worry about that they dont going to pay my winnings..
