Delayed payment for 11 days and counting

I did a withdrawal request more than a week ago and it is still in process state. Agent in chat cant tell me why it is taking that much time while their site is stating that:

5.4 The period of processing requests for withdrawals is within 60 minutes and up to 1 day. Cashouts are processed only at working days. Exclusions to the review period might be made per specific cases upon internal decision of the operator.

We are way above 1 day delay. Even with normal delays, it should not take that much time without any explanations...When I ask for more details, they just tells me that they sent it to an other team...

I have been contacting support multiple times already and they are always telling me to be patient. I always get the same answers...

Please help. Thank you.
