Delayed payment 45 days

Hello.

I made a first 50 euro deposit on 24/4/2021 at 22:53.At 11:17 on 25/4/2021 I made an withdrawal quest via BANK TRANSFER of the amount 600 euro.

In this time I have send all necessary documents. They verified my account. I let one month to passed and then I contacted with support. They asked me to send them two specific bank statements.

I send statements and they told me to be patient for 2-3 working days.

Also from 24/4/2021 until now the status of withdrawal is in PENDING.

They tell me the reason of pending is because my bank haven't accept yet my quest and from them it is all ok.

So, after 45 days still waiting from them to send my money.

The payments are stuck to pending and I am on a dead end I need help.

Thank you for your time and I hope a solution will be found.
