Delayed €490 Withdrawal

Good evening, i am a player from Germany. after successfully wagering the first deposit bonus, I have requested a withdrawal of 490 euros. I kept 100% of the bonus rules, that I informed me about beforehand in the live chat. The casino's terms and conditions state that a payout via bank transfer takes 3-5 working days. For me it is now over 10 working days. Since then, the casino has been putting me off with new excuses, for example that it would take so long because the casino manager would have to process the payout personally and manually. then I am always told to just be patient, the payout will be processed at some point. In my player profile I can also see that the payout has not yet been processed. So I'm always put off by the casino with new excuses. It would be great if you could help me with this problem.

everything OK. The remaining 190 euros were received in my bank account today and so after 2.5 months I finally received the full withdrawal amount. Despite everything, I've never seen anything like that.
The complaint can be closed and declared as successfully resolved.
Thank you very much for your great support. It's nice that there are internet portals like AskGamblers. I think without your help I would never have received the money.
