Casino not following their payment terms

I made many deposits at Beem casino. Managed to win $500 CAD so make a withdrawal request.

At the time of the withdrawal, they ask me to send a screenshot of my deposits (even though I’m already verified), which I do right away by emailing their support.

After a few days pending I go to live chat asking why it’s still pending only to be told that they can only pay me 100CAD withdrawal limit per day.


Their terms and conditions are very clearly stating the following;

2 The maximum amount for withdrawal is 22200 CAD per transaction

5.10 The maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is up to 1480 CAD per week and up to 5920 CAD per month, unless otherwise specified in the Terms & Conditions of a specific promotion.


When I told their support team that their terms state nothing about 100CAD per day they tell me ‘ Sorry for the inconvenience, but the withdrawal will be only accepted for the amount of 100 CAD. This is how the payment system works.

Now I was able to deposit more than 100 per day and it seems very strange they can only pay 100 per day. If I breached their terms I’d be the first to lose out as they would hold me too them so they should be held to their own payment terms as this is what I signed upto.

So I get told to put in a withdrawal of 100 and if I put 5 of them in it’ll not be processed on the same day so just stretching out the waiting period.

I have set monthly wagering limits so I can’t play there as it’s a clear case of hoping the player will spend the funds back.

I just want to be paid my money as per the terms and conditions that I signed up for. Maybe my bank can chargeback as I’ve clearly not been provided with the service that I’ve signed up for within their terms and conditions.

When asking them why they are ok with breaching their terms they just told me this is how we do payments so nothing they can do for me.


It is very poor and I will never play with their site again,

They have paid out but im still waiting on an answer from them as to why they advertise their payment terms as having a higher transaction limit than what they actually offer in practice.
