Beem Casino stopped answering me
I deposited about 20€ to Beem Casino in june-july 2021, as I am a Swedish citizen I didnt get any bonus so my gambling was raw cash.
I won about 100€ quickly and decided to withdraw the funds to make sure it works before betting higher amounts. This is what I always do with a new casino.
The process was slow, I sent them all documents needed and they approved them.
Several days later they stated I could only withdraw 50€ per day. So I did 2 withdrawals the following days. Several days later they told me ”issues with my bank” sent the money back to the casino, this never happened before or after this incident.
After fighting them for several days, i asked customer service to please help me with my withdrawal, they told me all would be good and asked me to make a final withdrawal of the full amount and they would make sure I get the money.
Because I was furious I made the withdraw and close my account for 6 months (big mistake during a withdrawal request osc) and I still haven't received my cash.
I emailed Beem several times but they won't respond to me.
