28 days pending withdrawal

My username is: Gaptoor - I add this here as well since I see Beem Casinos pretends they cant see the username information on complaints from Askgamblers. This is to buy themselves more time to resolved their extreme amounts of complaints / shady delay tactics.

Made a withdrawal 12th March using bank transfer along with all the correct verification documents. Had to eventually contact the affiliate page which recommended Beem and have their representatives force them to reply to me on their forums (beem was removed from this affiliate site after couple days due too many complaints. Affiliate page is Casinogrounds and several Beem stories are available including mine in their forums).

I finally got my withdrawal approved 31 March as faar as I remember. 19 days later which is utterly unacceptable. Was then told it would take another 7 days to get bank transfer through on their side which is a joke. So my withdrawal had status "pending" for another 7 days before I was told bank transfer is not available with yet again excuses(lies I would assume) to delay.

They asked me to use skrill or neteller instead or crypto. I told them I want to withdraw with MuchBetter and they claimed that this is not an option even though it's clear as day in their withdrawal options.

I tried withdrawal neteller / skrill and muchbetter. All of these options give the same error / not available message. I eventually did a withdrawal through crypto while I was on live chat. I was assured right after from Beems chats side that I would have a response from their financial department same day and I assume it would finally be solved.

Now the day is over and financial department is closed. Its weekend which means monday is their quickest respond to this matter. However I believe they will do anything in their power to delay this matter even further. Maybe some pressure from Askgamblers side can force this sleezy casino to pay up what they owe. On Monday it's been a full month and still ongoing.

From my side everything has been done correctly from the getgo with verification documents and withdrawal info as nothing has been rejected or questioned at all. It's just a long delaying tactic from a casino that refuses to pay out winnings in hopes their customers will start gambling it away.

I can confirm payment has gone through and arrived in my crypto wallet.

Without a doubt only reason this has been solved within this timeframe is pressure through affiliates. Beem casino is as shady as they come and they should be tagged with a warning disclaimer on askgamblers on their logo.
