Withdrawal shows success but amount not credited to my bank account

On 12th April 2025 I make withdrawal on INR 47494 and one more withdrawal on 13th April 2025 INR of 37072 both amount withdrawal shows success but amount not credited to my bank account. When I try to contact live support first they ask me to wait 24 hrs for settlement of amout. But I can't receive it. When I again go to contact live support for same issue that are not replied me from last two days. I have also send you bank statement and withdrawal screenshots
