Withdrawal showing successful but did not received in bank
On 5/7/2024 my pending withdrawal of 13500rs (INR) Showed successfully however I didn't receive any funds in my bank account. My bank details were correct. I tried contacting them via live support they didn't help me they told me that the transaction was successful from their side they also provided me with a UTR number but the provided utr was also invalid. I send them all proofs, video recordings of my bank account transactions, bank statements. Also my conversation with my bank executive. My bank executive told me that they have not received any funds from any account. They all told me to tell the merchant to contact their bank regarding the transaction as it may be a problem from the merchant's side. Please help me I am getting no support from the bcgame live customer support service.
