Withdrawal not received in bank but show successful in casino website

I made 2 withdrawal requests on the 28th and 29th of April for the same 10000 INR amount.
One withdrawal is received but the other one has not been received.
This shows success in casino history but has not been received in my bank account
I have already shared my bank account statement with the casino but anyone can't help me.
So please help me
