On BC Game, I'm in continuous talk with the support team, but a resolution has not been provided till now.
I had a withdrawal of 13732. Rs, which is not provided yet.
Here is chat proof I had over the past weeks. In every chat, I see they create a ticket, and the merchant is failing appeal without any evidence, just a screenshot saying the amount is successful.
I trust that sometimes there is a huge delay, but now it has been 16 days since 21st Feb 2025.
