Withdraw shows successful but funds not received
I had placed withdrawal request of 20650 inr on 05/04/2025, but unfortunately I submitted incorrect IFSC code but account was correct actually IFSC code belongs to completely different bank. Within 15 minutes of Withdrawal request I contacted bc live support to cancel this transaction and they assured me that they would cancel this transaction. Despite of this the BC merchant claims that he has transferred funds into my account but I did not receive any funds in my bank account. After it showed success I contacted them multiple times and they raised about 6 support tickets for this dispute but no resolution was provided to me. For this withdrawal I submitted wrong IFSC code but account number is perfect. Ifsc code belongs to one bank and account number belongs to completely different bank I don't understand how this transaction got successful. Where my money went?
