BC.Game Casino - Urgent complaint regarding pending failed deposits
I deposited ₹4000 on 29th August 2025 (Order ID: F-1841781268938663733, UTR: 524117636430, Txid: CK202...89248). The status still shows Under Review and no amount has been credited.
I also deposited ₹300 (Order ID: F-1842752759288095056, UTR: 525233409662, Txid: 11668...67956). It is marked as Failed, but the money has already been deducted and credited to the merchant.
I have already submitted all required proofs, including bank statements and video evidence, and contacted support via email and chat. All I have received are automated responses with no real resolution.
This is my final notice: if both amounts (₹4000 and ₹300) are not credited to my BC.Game account (User ID: 14990374
) or refunded immediately, I will be forced to file a complaint with the RBI and report this on the National Cyber Crime Portal as a case of online fraud/scam.
Take action immediately.
