Hello bc games I have not received my payment which i have done on 25 march whereas it is showing success in the wallet the amount is four transactions of 18994.00INR
Which in total is 75,967 inr
I contacted my bank they said that you have not received any transaction. If you want i can provide my bank statement to you. Hope you will resolve my problem as soon as possible. I have done total seven transactions of 18994 in which I received only three.

Unfortunately, this issue is not within our bank's control; it is the user's bank that needs to be contacted. We have completed all transactions from our end and have provided proof of these transactions. The user can raise this matter with their bank using the provided information and request a written letter from their bank on official letterhead detailing the facts. We can then use this letter to follow up with our bank.
