My deposit of INR 3000 was debited from my account on 27 Sep 2024 and even after 12 days, it's not deposited to the game account nor credited to my bank account. I have given everything they asked. Now all I am doing is chatting with bots on the platform. Every time I try to reach for help one thing they do nothing but send some automated texts. Such a frustration

Within 60 minutes of posting my complaint here, my account was unexpectedly credited with 3000 INR. The reason stated was "close by system." During this time, I was actively creating tickets in BC Game's in-built live support. I am unsure which of my actions led to the successful credit.
The past 12 days have been incredibly frustrating, and I have spent a significant amount of time creating tickets on the BC Game website. I genuinely appreciate the assistance provided by the Ask Gamblers platform.
As amount is credited this can be marked as resolved.
