While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that in case of a disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
We have completed a detailed investigation into your two withdrawal requests from November 22, 2025 (Order IDs: F-1849462539012894492 and F-1849460495688996380), totaling ₹41,742.
Our financial department has verified these transactions with our payment gateway, and we have received official confirmation from the clearing bank that both orders were successfully processed and transferred to your bank account.
Please take the transaction reference numbers to your bank for a manual search of the incoming credit. As the funds have been confirmed as successfully delivered on our end, we consider this matter fully resolved.
