My withdrawal is marked SUCCESS on BC.Games, but the funds are still not credited to my bank account.

Important Clarification: There is a ₹21,212 credit visible in my bank statement, but that transaction is a self-transfer done by me, with a different UTR (534387910134).
This clearly proves that the BC.Games withdrawal has NOT been received.
I have already shared the complete bank statement, withdrawal receipt, UTR comparison, and clarification
Despite this, I am only getting automated replies, and my tickets are being closed without resolution.
A cyber complaint was initiated earlier only for escalation pressure, but my intention is simple: Either credit the pending amount, or provide verifiable bank confirmation for UTR N053250425287707.
Requesting a manual review by a real support agent.
