Withdrawal marked successful but 38874 inr not received
I am submitting this complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal from BC.Game.
On 28/12/2025, I requested an INR withdrawal of ₹38,874 from my BC.Game account. The transaction status on the website shows “Success”, and the payment is marked as confirmed.

Despite the status showing successful, the funds have not been credited to my bank account. I have checked with my bank, and they confirmed that no such transaction has been received and no amount is on hold.
I contacted BC.Game support and opened a ticket (Ticket ID: 9638124). Their response was very pathetic states that the payment is confirmed as successful and asks me to wait 24 hours to resubmit a ticket, but the issue remains unresolved .
I am attaching screenshots of the withdrawal confirmation page and my bank statement showing that the amount has not been credited.
I kindly request AskGamblers’ assistance in helping resolve this issue and ensuring the successful credit of my withdrawal.
