Withdrawal marked Success but not received
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am facing a serious issue with BC.Game regarding my INR withdrawal.
I made a withdrawal of ₹9,625 on 29/11/2025 to my IDBI Bank account.
On the BC.Game platform the withdrawal shows “Success”, however the money has not been credited to my bank account.
The casino has provided UTR: N053250034350404, but after checking with IDBI Bank, the amount has not been received and does not reflect in my account.
I opened a support ticket on BC.Game, but it was rejected without any proper investigation or solution. I reopened the issue, but still no resolution.

I request AskGamblers to intervene and ask the casino to:
1. Verify the payment with their merchant
2. Provide the correct proof of transaction
3. Credit the pending amount to my bank or refund it back to my BC.Game wallet
