BC.Game KYC Blocked After Rejection – Support Ignoring for 15+ Days

I’m filing this complaint against BC.Game Casino regarding a KYC verification issue that has been unresolved for over 15 days.
Here is what happened:
I submitted my documents for KYC verification.
My KYC was rejected once, and after retrying, the KYC section got blocked completely — I can no longer upload documents.
Since then, I’ve been trying to contact support through every possible channel:
In-game support chat
Official support email ([email protected], [email protected])
Even their Discord server
But till now, I have received no valid response or help. My account remains unverified, and I cannot access my withdrawal or funds.
I am not a rich person — I’m a labour worker, and I depend on my hard-earned money. BC.Game’s support is showing complete negligence by not even replying for more than two weeks.
This has caused mental stress and financial loss. I request that AskGamblers and their complaint team to kindly escalate this issue and pressure the casino to:
Unblock the KYC section
Allow resubmission of documents
Resolve this immediately
