Verification issue KYC is not approved by casino
I am writing this complaint with great frustration against BC.Game due to their unprofessional and unethical handling of my KYC verification process and withdrawal access.
I submitted my KYC documents once — which were genuine — and the verification was rejected without providing any clear reason. Immediately after the rejection, the KYC section was blocked for me, preventing any chance to resubmit or correct anything. Since then, I have not been given any option to complete the verification again.
Worse, I contacted support multiple times, both through live chat and email, but have received no response whatsoever. It feels like they are intentionally avoiding communication and locking users out of their funds.
I currently have a significant amount of money stuck in my account, and I am unable to withdraw it only because of this blocked KYC process. This is not just frustrating — it’s borderline fraudulent.
I am requesting that BC.Game:
1. Reopen my KYC access so I can re-submit valid documents.
2. Explain why my previous KYC was rejected without cause.
3. Release or allow withdrawal of my funds if I am verified.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter further on other forums and legal channels.
