I am submitting this complaint about a serious issue I am facing with BC.Game Casino. My account currently holds 1187 USDT, which I am now completely unable to withdraw because my KYC was permanently rejected — without a clear reason — and I’ve been blocked from all communication channels.

• I registered and played on BC.Game using my real details.
• When I requested a withdrawal, I was asked to complete KYC.
• I submitted valid documents multiple times, including:
• A government-issued ID
• Proof of address
• A clear selfie holding the ID and a handwritten note
• Despite doing this carefully, my verification was rejected.
• I then received the following message:
“Your KYC verification was not approved, and you have reached the maximum number of submission attempts. In accordance with platform regulations, we regret to inform you that further verification will no longer be available.”

• My 1187 USDT remains locked in my account.
• I emailed support multiple times — no response at all.
• They disabled the live chat option in my account.
• I tried reaching them on Twitter and Telegram — still no reply.
• I’ve been given no reason for the KYC failure and no option to appeal or resubmit.

• A manual review of my KYC documents.
• One final chance to resubmit the required documents.
