Three deposits not credited to my account
I'm extremely disappointed with BC Game Casino, and I strongly believe they're involved in fraudulent activities. Out of 10 deposits, 1 consistently vanishes without being credited to my account. The customer support is virtually non-existent, with only a bot responding without any human assistance.
Many members, including myself, have lodged complaints about deposits not being received, but there's complete silence from their end. Despite sending multiple emails and following up for months, I've received no response or resolution. A total of 5 deposits have neither been credited to my account nor refunded to my bank account.
It's clear that BC Game Casino is aware of this issue and is deliberately involved in a deposit-looting scam. Their customer support is arguably the worst in the world, providing the same unhelpful response repeatedly without any intention of resolving the issue. Even after months of follow-ups, the answer remains the same, and there's no genuine effort to address the problem.
I urge caution to anyone considering using BC Game Casino, as their practices seem questionable and untrustworthy. It's best to avoid them altogether to prevent falling victim to their alleged scams.
