Payment under review for a very long time
I am submitting a complaint against BC.Game regarding a fiat withdrawal that has been pending for an unreasonably long time with no clear explanation or timeframe.My account is fully verified. On [date], I requested a withdrawal of [amount and currency] to my [bank/UPI/other] with ticket/transaction ID #9618052. Since then, the withdrawal has never reached my bank account and the status has not been clearly updated.I contacted BC.Game support many times. They repeatedly told me only that:My withdrawal is “under review” and a “top priority”.No additional documents are required from my side.They cannot provide any exact reason for the delay or any time frame for completion.
When I asked for the operating company name, licence number, regulator, and complaints procedure, support refused to give this information in chat and only sent me a generic link to their Help Center each time, without resolving my issue.At this moment my money is still stuck, I have no concrete explanation, and I am only receiving copy‑paste replies. I am requesting AskGamblers’ help to:Get BC.Game to either process and pay my withdrawal in full, orProvide a clear written explanation and evidence if they believe they have a valid reason not to pay.I will attach screenshots of my withdrawal request, account verification, and all chat conversations with support, as well as bank proof showing no incoming payment for this transaction.
