Payment Failure and No Refund
Dear Ask Gamblers Team,
On 19/08/2025, I made a payment of INR 30,000 for Order ID F-1840886832164322576, which has been debited from my bank account. Although BC Game's system shows the transaction as failed, the amount was clearly deducted from my account, and the transaction is reflected as successful on the bank and UPI platforms.
Despite submitting screenshots, screen recordings, and complying with their demand for camera recordings, BC Game has neither refunded nor credited my account. Additionally, BC Game prevented me from raising any message or complaint regarding this for 24 hours after the transaction failed. Their merchant support has been unresponsive and uncooperative, behaving in a manner that feels dishonest and negligent.it has been more than 12 days yet there is no response
I have formally raised a complaint, but BC Game appears to disregard it entirely because of their 24-hour messaging restriction, even though the transaction was successful and debited from my bank. The merchants involved are among the worst I’ve encountered and have effectively robbed me of my funds.
Please assist in escalating this serious issue for a prompt refund or resolution. I expect fair treatment and transparency in this matter.
