I have paid the amount through Paytm and payment was successful. So I waited some time but money not added.
I raised a ticket and uploaded the necessary details like upi reference number , payment screenshot and video from third person perspective along with bank statement. I have waited and review team always says insufficient information so I uploaded details once more and they're saying merchant not received the money.
I have contacted the bank and it's a successful payment as stated in bank statement. I have endured them saying that ticket is in process and merchant not received the payment. I waited till 7 days and applied for 7 day full manual credit and they reviewed it on 8th day and said my bank statement is not enough so I uploaded my bank statement (latest) again and this time they're not even reviewing it from 3-4 days. I just want them to review it and say if I have made any mistake or something happened from merchant side which prevented my deposit to be added but there is no response from them. I have reached out to them through X(twitter) and they said they'll send my issue to the support team and there is no support still. I have tried of waiting as it's being close to 4 days.
So I am applying the complaint here hoping this can be resolved.
