I am reporting a failed deposit issue with BC.Game Casino India. On January 16, 2026, at 4:06 PM, I made a successful UPI deposit of ₹2,599.98 (UPI Transaction ID: 601680655210).
Although the money was successfully debited from my Jammu & Kashmir Bank account (screenshot attached), the transaction is marked as "Failed" on BC.Game with the message "Order does not meet the compensation conditions."
I have already opened support ticket #9705839, but the issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that my account balance be credited with the missing funds.

To resolve this and bypass the automated system limitations, we have assigned our audit lead, Martin, to conduct a manual reconciliation of your UPI transaction (ID: 601680655210).
