I deposit 48999.99 for order created on bc.game no:F-1856302037948691121 . Its now more then a month still my deposit not yet added to bc.game. please try to make force on bc game to give my money back.

Hi ask gambler.
Now bc game is making new excuses that the betcatpay said that the account is frozen . If the account is frozen then why they taken money from me in that account. Because of bc game mistake why my money is on hold. Is there no regulations that can urge bc game to not do things like this. This is serious problem . Where is my miskate . I had not done anything wrong why my money is hold. I want my money. Please see excuses from bc game. Attching screenshot .
