INR withdrawal marked as success but not received in bank account
Dear BC Game Support,
I am writing to report an issue with two INR withdrawal transactions that are marked as “Success” in my BC Game account, but the funds have not been credited to my bank account.

Status: Success (but NOT received)
2. Amount: ₹9000

Status: Success (but NOT received)
It has now been more than 2 days since the withdrawal was processed. As per your guidelines, INR withdrawals usually take 1 hour, yet I still haven’t received the funds.
I am attaching screenshots of:
• The transaction status on BC Game
• My bank statement confirming the money has not arrived
Please investigate this matter urgently and update me on the status of these transactions. If the funds were sent to the wrong account or held by a third-party merchant, kindly provide the proof of transfer or reversal confirmation.
