Fiat withdrawal 40300 INR marked successful but not received

Hi AskGamblers team,

I’m reaching out for help because I’ve exhausted every other option with BC.Game, and I’m genuinely stressed and disappointed with how they’re handling my case.

On 28th June 2025 at 12:25 PM IST (06:55 AM UTC), I initiated a ₹40,300 INR fiat withdrawal from my BC.Game account. The transaction status still shows as “successfully processed,” but it’s been over 48 hours and the money has not reached my bank account.

Here are the details:

Proof Submitted: Full bank statement (shows no ₹40,300 credit), and same-day successful deposits of ₹5,000 and ₹10,000 , which came through instantly

Since then, I’ve tried every single channel to get help from BC.Game — but their support has been a complete disaster:

I sent them 2 formal emails — no response at all.

I messaged them on Twitter — no reply there either.

Live chat on their website is just a bot loop. Every time I try to reach a human, the ticket gets closed automatically without any interaction. I’ve tried this multiple times — same result.

On Discord, things got worse:

My initial messages were deleted, likely to hide the issue from other users.

I opened a support ticket via Discord and got conflicting responses from different people.

Then they started deleting their own replies and even my replies, seemingly to erase any trace of the conversation, which is incredibly shady.

To add to the frustration, they kept escalating the wait time: first telling me to wait 2 hours, then 12 hours, then 24 hours, and now 48 hours — still with no resolution.

They also claimed that the support ticket I created would receive a reply within 24 hours, but it’s now well past that, and still no update.

In one of the Discord screenshots (which I’ve saved), a support staff member even told me to wait 2 weeks for a reply via email — and when I called them out on it, they immediately deleted the message, again trying to cover their tracks.

I’ve taken screenshots of everything — emails, chat logs, Discord messages, and deleted comments. This entire experience has been completely unacceptable.

What’s even more concerning is I’ve now come across other complaints on AskGamblers and review sites where BC.Game has been accused of providing fake UTR numbers (the Indian bank transaction ID) to falsely claim that payouts were completed. These UTRs can be easily verified by the bank, so I don’t understand why a platform would resort to such practices unless there’s something seriously wrong.

Until recently, I never had a problem with BC.Game. But over the past month, support has gone silent, and users are being left in the dark. This isn’t just about delays anymore — it feels like a pattern of negligence, cover-ups, and malpractice.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to please intervene and help me retrieve my ₹40,300. I’ve done everything I can, shared every proof, and just want what’s rightfully mine, with honesty and transparency.

askgamblers - Hi, BCGame Casino reached and I provided more proof like my bank statement and a video recording of me going through my banking app after which they realised the merchant who handles the withdrawals are scamming people.

There's a bunch of people who're facing the same issue here and have made complaints and I really hope all of them get their money and it works out.

But I got my money refunded into my account by BCGame after they realised the merchant was a scam and I just did a withdrawal again and received the money in my bank account so you can resolve this/close this.

I am raising a complaint against BC Game regarding two withdrawal requests that were marked as “Successful,” but the funds have not been received in any of my bank accounts.

**Withdrawal Details:**

**Issue Explanation:**

While initiating the withdrawals on April 15, BC Game’s system automatically populated incorrect banking details by combining:

* IFSC code from Account 1 (State Bank of India), and

* Account number from Account 2 (IndusInd Bank)

This resulted in an invalid withdrawal address:

**sbin0061769-189717123977**

This combination does not correspond to any valid bank account.

I have verified this using a payment application and confirmed that such mismatched bank details are invalid. In such cases, transactions are typically rejected and returned to the sender, not processed successfully.

**Current Situation:**

* Both withdrawals are marked as “Successful” by BC Game

* No funds have been received in either of my bank accounts

* I am attaching bank statements from April 15 to date for both accounts as proof

**Concern:**

This appears to be a system error on BC Game’s end, where incorrect details were auto-filled, yet the transactions were still processed and marked successful.

**What I Request:**

* A proper investigation into both transactions

* Proof of successful transfer (UTR / bank confirmation), OR

* A full refund of 9694 INR + 3326 INR

Since the withdrawal details were invalid, the funds could not have been credited to any legitimate account and should have been returned to BC Game.

I request that AskGamblers intervene and help resolve this issue.

With utter frustration, I am writing that my withdrawal of INR 48494 is still pending for last two months inspite of taking 100 of follow-ups from BC.Game customer care. Below are the details -

This withdrawal was never credited to my account even though it keep showing successful. I raised several tickets, sent my account statements several times but nothing happened. When I asked for the proof with a bank statement, BC.Game was not able to provide one. They simply provided a random system-generated proof which doesn't belong to any bank or third party app. Also if you check, it doesn't have any necessary details - Depositor's Bank Name, Name of the depositor and even the UTR no. provided is either fake or is not relevant.

After following up rigorously, my bank Axis bank has finished its investigation and came to the conclusion that no deposit was made based on the receipt attached. It's a fake one and not an original one with a fake UTR no. This has been well analyzed with manual UTR universal check from bank side. (Proofs are with me on mail)



I have attached detailed statement from Axis Bank for the same and also the one which BC.Game provided. The manual search is also completed and results can be shared in collaboration with Axis Bank if BC.Game requested.
