Fiat withdrawal 40300 INR marked successful but not received

I’m reaching out for help because I’ve exhausted every other option with BC.Game, and I’m genuinely stressed and disappointed with how they’re handling my case.
On 28th June 2025 at 12:25 PM IST (06:55 AM UTC), I initiated a ₹40,300 INR fiat withdrawal from my BC.Game account. The transaction status still shows as “successfully processed,” but it’s been over 48 hours and the money has not reached my bank account.

Proof Submitted: Full bank statement (shows no ₹40,300 credit), and same-day successful deposits of ₹5,000 and ₹10,000 , which came through instantly
Since then, I’ve tried every single channel to get help from BC.Game — but their support has been a complete disaster:
I sent them 2 formal emails — no response at all.
I messaged them on Twitter — no reply there either.
Live chat on their website is just a bot loop. Every time I try to reach a human, the ticket gets closed automatically without any interaction. I’ve tried this multiple times — same result.
On Discord, things got worse:
My initial messages were deleted, likely to hide the issue from other users.
I opened a support ticket via Discord and got conflicting responses from different people.
Then they started deleting their own replies and even my replies, seemingly to erase any trace of the conversation, which is incredibly shady.
To add to the frustration, they kept escalating the wait time: first telling me to wait 2 hours, then 12 hours, then 24 hours, and now 48 hours — still with no resolution.
They also claimed that the support ticket I created would receive a reply within 24 hours, but it’s now well past that, and still no update.
In one of the Discord screenshots (which I’ve saved), a support staff member even told me to wait 2 weeks for a reply via email — and when I called them out on it, they immediately deleted the message, again trying to cover their tracks.
I’ve taken screenshots of everything — emails, chat logs, Discord messages, and deleted comments. This entire experience has been completely unacceptable.
What’s even more concerning is I’ve now come across other complaints on AskGamblers and review sites where BC.Game has been accused of providing fake UTR numbers (the Indian bank transaction ID) to falsely claim that payouts were completed. These UTRs can be easily verified by the bank, so I don’t understand why a platform would resort to such practices unless there’s something seriously wrong.
Until recently, I never had a problem with BC.Game. But over the past month, support has gone silent, and users are being left in the dark. This isn’t just about delays anymore — it feels like a pattern of negligence, cover-ups, and malpractice.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to please intervene and help me retrieve my ₹40,300. I’ve done everything I can, shared every proof, and just want what’s rightfully mine, with honesty and transparency.
