I have made 2 deposits of Rs. 10000 each on 28th oct 2025 but it's not credited till yet. I have contacted the bc customer service and provided every proof to them but nothing happened. I logged the tickets and share the screen shots of payments, video proofs and even bank statement also but it's been more than 4 days now payment not credited yet. Wherever I am contacting customer support they keep saying tickets are open and asking to wait only. I thing I haven't scanned by bc. PleAse help
