I have a gaming account with BC Game India, user id 98232238
In past two days i.e: 05/11/2025 & 06/11/2025 I had made two deposits transaction of ₹4501 & ₹5501 respectively. Both transaction were successful from my end but amount was never credited to my account.
I have already raised the ticket for both transaction but there are no updates on the same. I have all the necessary documents to prove that i have successfully made the transaction. Kindly please help me resolve this issue.
