I deposited 2000 Rs yesterday into my Bc.game account..
It has been showing in processing since yesterday, whereas they mentioned on their site that it may take up to 1 hour to process, but it has been a day.
It is a very unfair and unpleasant experience, and I raised a ticket and provided all the proof of payments they asked but they didn’t respond.
