This complaint has been reopened as per BC.Game Casino India request and the AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reach a satisfactory resolution.
₹10,000 (Payment 1)
₹20,100 (Payment 2)
Both amounts were successfully debited from my bank account.
I have provided all required proofs multiple times (UPI success screenshots, UTR numbers, and wallet screenshots). Despite this, the case is still marked as “under review” with no credit and no refund.
It has now been more than 43+ days, and this is not a joke. No genuine platform should make its own players wait for over a month without resolution.
BC.Game is not replying, there is no proper live support, and I receive only repeated automated messages. There is no value shown for their own players.
Even after applying for a manual refund (7-day process), the refund is still not verified.

This level of delay and silence is unacceptable. I am requesting BC.Game to immediately respond and either credit the funds or process a full refund without further delay.
