Daily, I reach out for updates, and they continue to claim that the merchant has not received the payment. However, I have confirmed with Mobikwik support that the payment is with the merchant.
Despite providing proof of payment, BC Game has failed to respond adequately. They even closed my ticket yesterday, which was previously in a pending state. I am not alone in this situation; I have seen numerous others facing the same unresolved issues.
