I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with one of my recent trades on your platform.
On August 6, 2025, at 01:06:55 AM, I placed a contract on STONKS/USDT with an investment amount of ₹3,500. The trade was successfully closed with a profit, as shown in my trading history. However, I did not receive the credited amount back into my wallet after the contract was closed.
I have attached screenshots of the following for your reference:
