Deposit amount not received in my game ID
Subject: Deposit not credited to account for 15 days - No response from Support
Complaint Description:
I am filing this complaint against BC.Game regarding a deposit issue that has remained unresolved for 15 days.
On [01-01-2026], I deposited an amount of [ 9000 INR] into my BC.Game account (UID 82554717]). The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, and I have the transaction receipt/UTR number 696608707977)to prove it.
However, the funds have not been credited to my gaming wallet even after 15 days. I have tried reaching out to their customer support via live chat multiple times, but I receive no helpful response. I have also sent several emails and tagged them on their official social media handles, but I haven't received any reply or resolution.
I have attached the payment receipt and screenshots of my transaction history as evidence. I request AskGamblers to help me get my funds credited or refunded to my original payment method.
