Deposit 4000 INR from October 7th missing
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding an issue I faced with my recent deposit on your platform.
On 7th October 2025, I made a deposit of ₹4000using the UPI payment method. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my BC Game account till now.
I have already checked my transaction history and confirmed that the payment was completed successfully from my end. Despite waiting for several days, there has been no update or resolution. This delay has caused inconvenience and loss of trust in the platform’s reliability.
Please look into this matter urgently and ensure that the amount is either credited to my BC Game account or refunded to my original payment source. I am attaching the transaction details below for your reference:
