Yesterday, I made a deposit of INR 299 at 6:50 PM IST. The payment was successfully processed on my side, but the merchant did not credit the money to my BC Game account. I created a support ticket and submitted all proof of payment. I also tried contacting BC Game live support, but they kept sending the same repeated message: 'Your payment is in processing, please be patient.'
I then reached out to BC Game Discord support, and they gave me the same response. It has now been almost 20 hours. I'm not worried about the money itself, but I keep facing this problem repeatedly, which is very frustrating.
