Amount Not Credited Despite Providing Proof
I am raising this complaint because BC Games has failed to credit my deposit even after I provided them with full proof of payment.
On 6th October 2025 , I made a deposit to my BC Games account, but the funds have NOT been credited to my balance to date. I have already submitted all necessary evidence, including:
• UTR Number: 003936189932
• Order ID: F-1845170125852380604
• Transaction screenshots & bank statement
Despite this, their support team has been unresponsive and has not provided any valid reason or resolution. This kind of delay and lack of accountability is highly concerning and borderline fraudulent, especially since it involves real money from customers.
As per fair gaming and consumer protection standards, once proof of payment is verified, the platform is legally obligated to credit the funds or issue a refund. BC Games’ failure to do so is not acceptable and could be considered a violation of trust and payment compliance norms.
I am sharing this publicly to warn other players and to urge BC Games to take immediate action before I am forced to escalate this further (including reporting to payment processors and relevant regulatory bodies).
